Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't it work with pages that need a login?

Our server opens the page as an ordinary visitor without your account, so it can't see what appears after you sign in. For those pages, take a screenshot on your own device instead.

Is the URL or file sent over the internet?

Yes, this tool runs on the server. The URL or HTML file is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted right after processing.

The image looks a little different from my browser. Why?

Some pages show different content by device or country, or display cookie consent pop-ups. Content that loads only after scrolling or clicking may also be incomplete.

Do Arabic pages render correctly?

The page is rendered as its site designed it, including fonts and right-to-left direction. If something looks off, it usually comes from the site's own fonts.

I want the page as a PDF, not an image. What should I use?

Use HTML to PDF, which saves the page as a printable PDF file.

Is it free?

Yes. You can convert web pages to images for free without creating an account.
