What it offers
One slide per page
Each slide becomes a PDF page in the same order, so the deck is easy to read and print.Arabic stays intact
Arabic letters stay connected and text direction is correct, as long as the deck uses standard fonts or embeds them.Opens without PowerPoint
Recipients open the PDF on a phone or computer without presentation software, and fonts don't change on their side.Encrypted and deleted
The file is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted right after processing.
Limits
Because the file is sent to our server, there are limits on file size and number of runs, shown on the tool page. Signed-in members get higher limits for free.
Frequently asked questions
Why send a PDF instead of the presentation file?
A PDF looks the same on every device, the recipient doesn't need PowerPoint, and fonts and layouts don't shift. That is why many teachers and committees ask for slides as PDF.
Are animations and transitions kept?
No. PDF doesn't support animations or transitions, so each slide appears in its final state with all elements shown.
What happens to video and audio in my slides?
Video and audio don't play inside a PDF. If they matter, send the original presentation as well, or add the video link as text on the slide before converting.
My Arabic text looks different after converting. Why?
Usually the deck uses an uncommon font we don't have, so a similar one is used instead. Stick to standard fonts, or embed fonts in the file from PowerPoint's save options, then convert again.
Is my file stored on your server?
No. It is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted right after processing.
The PDF is too big to email or send on Telegram. What now?
Image-heavy decks produce large files. Open the PDF in Compress PDF and pick a compression level or the size you need.
