What you get

  • Arabic the right way around

Arabic letters stay connected and text runs right to left, as long as the document uses standard fonts or embeds them.

  • Layout as in Word

Tables, images, margins and page numbers are kept as they appear in your document, as closely as possible.

  • No Microsoft Word needed

You don't need Word installed. Conversion works from your browser, on your phone too.

  • Ready to submit and share

A PDF looks the same on every device, so fonts and line breaks don't shift for the recipient.

  • Encrypted and deleted

The file is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted right after processing.

Frequently asked questions

Does Word to PDF handle Arabic without errors?

For most files, yes: letters stay connected and the text direction is correct. Problems usually appear when a document uses an uncommon font we don't have, which gets replaced by a similar one and can change how text looks or where lines break. Use standard fonts, or embed fonts in the file before converting.

How do I embed fonts in a Word file?

In Word on a computer, go to File, then Options, then Save, and turn on “Embed fonts in the file”. Save the document and convert it again.

Will the layout stay exactly the same?

For most documents, yes. Very complex files, such as ones with overlapping text boxes or missing fonts, can show small differences, so check the PDF before sending it.

Is my file stored on your server?

No. It is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted right after processing.

Can I convert Word to PDF on my phone?

Yes. Open the page in Chrome or Safari, pick the file from Downloads, Files or a saved email attachment, and tap “Convert to PDF”. You don't need the Word app.

I have several Word files and want one PDF. How?

Convert each file to PDF, then combine the results with Merge PDF in the order you want.

Can I convert a password-protected Word file?

Remove the password in Word first, then convert it. To protect the resulting PDF, use Protect PDF.
