- Choose your Excel file: Tap “Select Excel file” or drag and drop it into the box.
- Convert: Tap “Convert to PDF”. The file is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted right after processing.
- Check and download: Make sure columns haven't spilled over onto extra pages, then download the file.
What it offers
Respects print settings
Your print area, page orientation and paper size from Excel are used, so set them there for the neatest layout.Right-to-left sheets
Sheets set to right-to-left stay that way, and Arabic text stays connected.Fixed layout for recipients
Column widths and fonts don't change for whoever opens the file, and they don't need Excel.Encrypted and deleted
The file is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted right after processing.
Limits
Because the file is sent to our server, there are limits on file size and number of runs, shown on the tool page. Signed-in members get higher limits for free.
Frequently asked questions
My table is wide and the columns split across pages. How do I fix it?
In Excel, switch the page to landscape and set the scaling to fit all columns on one page, then save and convert again.
Are all sheets in the workbook converted?
Usually all visible sheets are converted in order. If you want just one, delete the extra pages afterwards with Remove pages, or save a copy of the workbook with only that sheet.
Do formulas still work in the PDF?
No. A PDF shows the values as they were at the time of conversion and does not keep formulas. Keep the original Excel file if you need to edit it later.
Does it support Arabic spreadsheets?
Yes. Right-to-left sheets stay right-to-left and Arabic text stays connected, as long as the fonts are standard or embedded.
Is my file stored on your server?
No. It is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted right after processing.
Can I convert Excel to PDF on my phone?
Yes. Open the page in Chrome or Safari and pick the file from Downloads or Files. Print settings are set in Excel, though, so for wide tables it is easier to adjust them on a computer first.
