Application pack: your documents in one PDF, ready to upload
Where is the file processed?
Steps
- Add your document photos: Take photos with your phone camera, or pick them from your gallery or files: national ID card, residence card, certificates, personal photo, or ready-made PDFs.
- Check cleanup and angles: Each photo is cropped to the edges of the page, straightened, and its background brightened so the text is clearer. Adjust the crop by hand if needed.
- Put them in order: Drag the cards into the order the form asks for, and remove any duplicate or blurry photo.
- Pick the size and file name: Choose the maximum written on the form: 500 KB, 1 MB, 2 MB or 5 MB. Then type a file name in Arabic or English.
- Download and upload: Tap “Build pack”, download the file and upload it to the portal or share it on WhatsApp. Every step runs in your browser.
What it offers
One flow instead of four tools
Capture, cleanup, angle fix, merging, compression and naming in a single flow, with no jumping between tools and sites.Your documents stay on your device
All processing runs in your browser. Photos of your ID and papers are never uploaded to our servers and nobody else sees them.Compressed to the portal limit
Choose 500 KB, 1 MB, 2 MB or 5 MB, and image resolution and compression are tuned to stay under it with text as clear as possible.Honest when a size can't be reached
If the target can only be met by making your documents unreadable, we tell you instead of handing you a file that gets rejected, and suggest fewer pages or lower resolution.Arabic file names kept
Name the file after yourself or the application in Arabic, and the name is saved exactly as you typed it.Easy to share on WhatsApp
The result is small and clear, so it is easy to send on WhatsApp to an office or an official before uploading, or instead of printing.
Limits
The tool runs on your device, so the largest file it can handle depends on your device's and browser's memory. Very large files can take longer on phones.
Frequently asked questions
How do I put my documents into one PDF under 1 MB?
Add your document photos here, put them in order, choose 1 MB as the size limit and tap “Build pack”. The photos are cleaned up and combined into one PDF compressed under that limit, all on your device.
Which size should I choose for an online application?
Use the limit written on the form or application page itself, since portals differ and can change their rules. Many portals ask for a single file of 1 or 2 MB at most, and some allow only 500 KB.
Is this tool part of a government portal?
No. Application pack is an independent tool by akkadX and is not part of, or endorsed by, any portal or government body. It only prepares your file; you upload it yourself to the portal you are applying through.
What if the file can't reach the target size?
If reaching the limit would make the text unreadable, the tool stops and tells you clearly. Then remove pages you don't need, photograph each document on its own instead of two per photo, lower the resolution manually, or pick a larger limit if the form allows it.
Are photos of my ID uploaded to the internet?
No. Application pack runs entirely in your browser and your photos are not sent to any server. You can check it yourself: disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool keeps working.
Can I use it on an iPhone or Android phone?
Yes, it is built mobile-first. Open the page in Safari or Chrome and take photos with the camera or pick them from your gallery. A large batch of photos can take longer on phones with limited memory.
How do I photograph documents so they come out clear?
Lay the page on a flat, dark surface, shoot in good light without direct flash, and keep the whole page in the frame. The angle fix handles slight tilt, but it cannot recover text that is cut off or blurry.
Can I include my personal photo in the pack?
Yes, add it like any other document. If the form asks for a specific photo size or a white background, prepare it first with Passport & ID photo, then add it here.
