How to use it
- 1
Choose both files
Pick the old version, then the new version, from your phone or computer.
- 2
Choose the comparison
Compare text to see added and removed words, or compare visually to see what changed on the page itself.
- 3
Review the changes
Step through the highlighted changes page by page. Everything runs inside your browser.
What you get
Text differences
Added and removed words and lines are highlighted, Arabic included.
Visual differences
Comparing pages as images catches changes text can't show, such as stamps, signatures, tables and images.
Files stay on your device
Comparison runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded to our servers. That matters for contracts and confidential documents.
For contracts and drafts
Make sure the version you're about to sign is the one you agreed on, without rereading every line.
Frequently asked questions
Are the files uploaded?
No. Comparison runs in your browser on your own device, and neither file is sent to any server.
What's the difference between text and visual comparison?
Text comparison reads the words in both files and shows what was added or removed. Visual comparison overlays the pages and shows any difference in appearance, even when the text didn't change.
My files are scans. Will comparison work?
Visual comparison works because it compares appearance. Text comparison needs real text, so run both files through OCR PDF first.
Does it work with Arabic text?
Yes. We read Arabic in its correct order before comparing. If one file uses a font without proper character information, false differences may appear, and visual comparison is more reliable.
Can I compare files with a different number of pages?
Yes. Text comparison handles added or removed passages even when page counts change; visual comparison matches each page with its counterpart.
Is it free?
Yes. You can compare files for free without creating an account.
