Where is the file processed?

On your deviceThis tool runs in your browser. Your file is not uploaded to any server.

Steps

  1. Choose your form: Tap “Select PDF file” or drag the file into the box. If the form already has fields, the tool detects them and shows them right away.
  2. Add the fields you need: If the form is a plain page with no fields, add a text field, checkbox, radio buttons, dropdown, list, date or signature field and place it on the page.
  3. Fill in the form: Type in the fields in Arabic or English and pick options and dates. You can also save the form blank, with its fields, for someone else to fill.
  4. Flatten and download: Turn on “Flatten” to lock your answers so they can't be changed, then download the file. Every step runs inside your browser.

What it offers

  • Files stay on your device

Detecting, creating and filling fields all happen in your browser. Neither the form nor what you type is uploaded to our servers.
  • Automatic field detection

If the form has fields already, they appear straight away, so you don't have to hunt for them page by page.
  • Every field type

Text, checkbox, radio buttons, dropdown, list, date and a dedicated signature field.
  • Readable Arabic text

We make sure Arabic in fields shows connected and right to left. To be sure it looks the same in every app, flatten the file before you send it.
  • Flatten your answers

Turn filled fields into a fixed part of the page so nobody can change what you wrote after you send it.
  • Works on your phone

Fill forms from your phone in Chrome or Safari with nothing to install. Free, no account needed.

Limits

The tool runs on your device, so the largest file it can handle depends on your device's and browser's memory. Very large files can take longer on phones.

Frequently asked questions

Can I fill in a PDF form on my phone?

Yes. Open the page in Safari or Chrome, pick the form from Files or Downloads, and tap any field to type in it. Small fields are easier to fill if you zoom in.

My form has no fields, just blank lines. Can I still type on it?

Yes. Add a text field over each line or box and fill it in. If you only need to add some text quickly without fields, use Edit PDF to type anywhere on the page.

Why does Arabic text in form fields look broken or reversed in some apps?

Some PDF viewers draw field contents themselves and handle Arabic poorly, so letters appear separated or backwards. Flatten the form after filling it: the text becomes a fixed part of the page and looks the same everywhere.

What does flattening a form mean, and do I need it?

Flattening turns fields and their contents into fixed content that can't be edited. Use it when you submit a final form to an office or an online portal. If someone else still needs to fill it in, save it without flattening.

Is my data uploaded?

No. The tool runs in your browser, so the form and whatever you type are not sent to any server. You can check it yourself: disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool keeps working.

Can I create a fillable form to send to other people?

Yes. Add the fields you need to a regular PDF, such as name, date and checkboxes, then download it without flattening. Anyone who receives it can fill it in any app that supports PDF forms.

Can I sign inside the form?

You can add a signature field where it's needed. To sign the file yourself by drawing, typing or uploading your signature, use Sign PDF. To collect signatures from other people by email, use Request signatures.

The form is password-protected. What should I do?

If the file only opens with a password and you know it, remove it first with Unlock PDF, then fill in the form as usual.
