We'd rather you know where things stand before you rely on us:
- There is no business plan; the same tools are free for everyone in the current version.
- There is no admin panel for managing staff accounts; each person uses their own account.
- We don't offer a service-level agreement or installation on your own servers.

Can our staff use the tools without an account?
Yes. Every tool works without an account. A free account is only needed for workflows and signature requests.
Do our documents reach your servers?
For most tools, no: processing happens in the browser. Tools that need the server or AI are clearly labeled, and you can avoid them for confidential documents.
Is a signature collected through Request signatures legally valid?
It is an electronic signature with a record of the time and email of each action, not a certificate-based digital signature. Acceptance varies by organization and country, so check what the relevant body requires.
Do you have business pricing?
