SafhaSafha

Everything Safha offers, on one page

PDF and image tools with an Arabic-first interface, on phone and desktop, that tell you clearly where your file is processed.

Here are the tools grouped by what you want to do with your file, what makes them work well in Arabic, how we handle your files, and what a free account adds.

Tools by task

Eight groups that cover what most people need for school, work and paperwork.

Built for Arabic from the start

The whole interface works right to left, and tools that write or read Arabic text are built to handle it with care.

Know where your file is processed before you pick a tool

Every tool carries a badge that shows how your file is handled, with the details on the tool page itself.
  • On your device

    Kwenye kifaa chako

Most tools run in your browser. Your file is not sent to any server.

  • On our server

    Kwenye seva yetu

Some tools need software that doesn't run well in a browser. With these, your file is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted right after processing.

  • Device + server option

    Hasa kwenye kifaa chako

The tool runs on your device, and only one specific option uses the server, such as the Strong compression level. We say so next to that option.

  • AI

    AI

The text is extracted from your file and sent over an encrypted connection to a third-party AI provider for processing. We don't keep the file or the text after processing. We don't recommend these tools for highly sensitive documents.

Phone-first

The tools are built to work in your phone's browser with nothing to install. Photograph paper documents and turn them into a PDF, compress the file, get your photo to an official size, and send it straight away. Very large files can take longer on phones with limited memory.

Workflows

Link the tools you always use in the same order, such as merge, then compress, then add page numbers, and save them to run on new files. On-device steps run in your browser; server steps follow each tool's rule.

Install it as an app

Add Safha to your phone or computer from the browser, with no app store. Tools that run on your device work offline once you've opened them while online.

What a free account adds

Every tool works without an account. A free account unlocks two features that need to save something under your name:
  • Saved workflows

Save a chain of tools with their options and run it again whenever you need.

  • Request signatures

Send a document to other people to sign in their browser, with a record of the time and email of each action. This is an electronic signature with an audit trail, not a certificate-based digital signature, and its legal acceptance varies from one body to another.

All tools and features are free in the current version.
